From zero interest to $135,000 of interest, the historic Point No Point Lighthouse has become a popular Lighthouse in the online federal real estate Auction and with local concern about the increased boating traffic around the Lighthouse. Apparently, the Lighthouse is located nearby the fishing grounds of the bay!

Surprisingly, the previous “Point No Point Lighthouse online Auction” post of October 18th and other news sources have generated bidding interest. Someday, this Lighthouse could be another Lighthouse of the Rich and Famous!

The winning bid will no doubt be a great Real Estate deal yet, the cost to restore and maintain this Lighthouse is more than the average handyman can shell out! Most offshore Lighthouses, like Point No Point Lighthouse, are similar to owning a boat which is like a hole in the water that you pour money into!
